I Believe in Angels, a collaboration with composer Tongzhou He and dancer Audrey Osborn, is a short film following a singular ballet dancer preparing and performing alone on stage to an empty theater. It serves as a tribute to one of my own biggest regrets—quitting ballet at the young age of five—and explores my enduring appreciation for the artform. Shot entirely on Super 8 film, it reflects my personal relationship with independence, solitude, and a quiet, lingering sense of loneliness. Shot on Kodak Vision3 500T.
